摘 要
測試儀裝置是為了能夠?qū)ξ娱_關(guān)的動態(tài)特性進行檢驗的平臺,進而來提高開關(guān)的性能,保證其質(zhì)量、提高勞動生產(chǎn)效率,也是現(xiàn)代檢測技術(shù)的基本要求。
基于檢測儀設(shè)計的理論,根據(jù)已有檢測儀的結(jié)構(gòu)和設(shè)計經(jīng)驗和工作原理,即電動機作為工作機構(gòu)的動力源,將其主軸的旋轉(zhuǎn)動動經(jīng)帶輪,圓柱導(dǎo)軌變?yōu)橥鶑?fù)直線運動,并同時產(chǎn)生一作用力,傳給傳感器,由傳感器記錄。對測試儀的動力學(xué)參數(shù)進行分析,確定測試儀裝置的結(jié)構(gòu)與技術(shù)參數(shù),從而給出了微動開關(guān)動態(tài)特性測試儀的本體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計方案。
根據(jù)測試儀的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計方案,論述了微動開關(guān)動態(tài)特性測試儀的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,闡述了微動跳躍彈性開關(guān)動態(tài)特性測試儀的結(jié)構(gòu)原理。本文主要論述了測試儀的測試過程,其主要包括測試儀的主要結(jié)構(gòu)和儀器的組成,檢測跳躍彈性開關(guān)的力傳感器和位移特性。通過設(shè)計進而提高儀器的性能,保證儀器的工作質(zhì)量,這也是現(xiàn)代檢測技術(shù)的基本要求。
