摘要
平板硫化機(jī)常用于加工橡膠模型制品、膠帶、膠板等制品，是橡膠工業(yè)中的基本加工設(shè)備，廣泛應(yīng)用于橡膠工業(yè)中。框式平板硫化機(jī)全稱框式液壓傳動(dòng)平板硫化機(jī)。
框式平板硫化機(jī)的主要零部件：柱塞、工作缸、密封圈、墊臺(tái)、活動(dòng)平臺(tái)、加熱板、隔熱板、上橫梁和框板等。橡膠平板硫化機(jī)主要用于硫化平型膠帶,它具有熱板單位面積壓力大,設(shè)備操作可靠和維修量少等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。平板硫化機(jī)的主要功能是提供硫化所需的壓力和溫度.壓力由液壓系統(tǒng)通過液壓缸產(chǎn)生,溫度由加熱介質(zhì)所提供。 在平板硫化機(jī)橡膠工業(yè)中,柱式平帶平板硫化機(jī)是使用較早的一種機(jī)型,我國過去使用的平帶平板硫化機(jī)也多為柱式結(jié)構(gòu),但目前則多采用框式結(jié)構(gòu)。
其發(fā)展的動(dòng)向是提高機(jī)械化自動(dòng)水平，改善勞動(dòng)條件，提高生產(chǎn)效率，減小機(jī)臺(tái)占地面積，完善附屬裝置和延長(zhǎng)使用壽命等方面。
我主要設(shè)計(jì)的是框式平板硫化機(jī)的主要性能參數(shù)、主要零部件、傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)和附屬裝置。使它們有機(jī)的結(jié)合在一起，構(gòu)成完整的框式平板硫化機(jī)。

Summary
