摘 要
活塞式壓縮機(jī)是一種容積式壓縮機(jī)，用來提高氣體壓力和傳送氣體，目前廣泛用于工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中，例如：石油、化工、冶金、輕功、紡織、及采礦等。因此，氣體壓縮機(jī)是近代工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中不可缺少的通用機(jī)械。結(jié)合所學(xué)過的中小型壓縮機(jī)，了解其基本結(jié)構(gòu)及其工作原理，重點(diǎn)掌握其結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)會所含零部件的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)方法及其強(qiáng)度校核方法，在設(shè)計(jì)過程中，理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際，最終了解設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)機(jī)械設(shè)備基本思想和方法。
W型風(fēng)冷微型活塞式壓縮機(jī)主要用于工業(yè)中氣體壓縮，雖然其結(jié)構(gòu)有別于其他壓縮機(jī)，但它們原理相似。因此可以根據(jù)已知的壓縮機(jī)類型，通過互相比較進(jìn)而進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。
