摘要
噴涂機(jī)是一種將涂料分散成霧狀噴涂于被涂物表面的專用涂裝設(shè)備，其工作機(jī)構(gòu)主要包括有噴頭的噴涂室、傳送帶、干燥系統(tǒng)、清潔機(jī)構(gòu)和回收系統(tǒng)等。由于噴涂機(jī)具有噴涂效率高、噴涂均勻、油漆利用率高、易于操作等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，所以被廣泛應(yīng)用于工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中。
本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的課題是油漆噴涂機(jī)送料機(jī)構(gòu)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，其中設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容主要包括：1、送料機(jī)構(gòu)的整體外形和尺寸設(shè)計(jì)。2、設(shè)計(jì)夾緊機(jī)構(gòu)的結(jié)構(gòu)，并對(duì)比各種方案，選擇最優(yōu)方案。3、輸送帶的設(shè)計(jì)。4、夾緊機(jī)構(gòu)的強(qiáng)度設(shè)計(jì)。5、設(shè)計(jì)送料機(jī)構(gòu)的工作臺(tái)。
本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)旨在設(shè)計(jì)出一個(gè)能夠?qū)ぜM(jìn)行自動(dòng)送料的送料機(jī)構(gòu)。壓緊機(jī)構(gòu)作為送料機(jī)構(gòu)的主要部件，它不僅要能控制工件的左右位置，還要能控制工件的上下位置，因此，壓緊機(jī)構(gòu)的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)是最重要的部分。在設(shè)計(jì)過程中，要根據(jù)壓緊機(jī)構(gòu)的原理設(shè)計(jì)出幾種壓緊機(jī)構(gòu)的機(jī)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)圖，并對(duì)不同的方案進(jìn)行對(duì)比。在本文中選出了三種不同的方案進(jìn)行對(duì)比選擇，最后選擇出最優(yōu)的方案，再對(duì)其進(jìn)行尺寸設(shè)計(jì)。除了夾緊機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)外，工作臺(tái)的設(shè)計(jì)也是其中的一個(gè)重點(diǎn)。由于工件的大小可能不一，所以要求夾緊機(jī)構(gòu)能夠上下左右移動(dòng)。
本文除了設(shè)計(jì)過程的闡述外，還對(duì)噴涂機(jī)進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)單的介紹，并且就噴涂機(jī)的國內(nèi)外發(fā)展情況進(jìn)行了介紹和分析。

The subject of this graduation project is a paint spraying machine feed mechanism structural design, including design and content including: 1, the feed mechanism as a whole shape and size of the design. 2, the design structure of the clamping mechanism, and compare the various options and choose the best program. 3, the design of the conveyor belt. 4, the strength design of the clamping mechanism. Design table feed mechanism.
The graduation project is to design an automatic feed of the workpiece feed mechanism. Pressed institutions as the main components of the feeding mechanism, it must not only be able to control the left and right position of the workpiece, but also be able to control the upper and lower positions of the workpiece, therefore, the structural design of the compression bodies is the most important part.
