摘 要
CK6136臥式數(shù)控車床機械結(jié)構(gòu)設計介紹了數(shù)控機床的特點及其在制造中的應用，對數(shù)控機床的功能特點作了較為詳盡的分析，并在此基礎上給出了數(shù)控機床系統(tǒng)的體系結(jié)構(gòu)。
本次設計從總體入手，再進行主傳動和橫向進給傳動系統(tǒng)設計，最后設計控制系統(tǒng)。首先分析數(shù)控車床的加工特點及其優(yōu)點，從而知道數(shù)控車床在加工中的重要性，確定此次設計的背景。主傳動系統(tǒng)設計是機床設計中非常重要的組成部分，其設計主要由機床的級數(shù)入手，于結(jié)構(gòu)式、結(jié)構(gòu)網(wǎng)及轉(zhuǎn)速圖擬定，再到齒輪和軸的設計，最后進行齒輪和軸的核算。橫向進給部分則對滾珠絲杠螺母副進行選擇計算，再選擇電動機，使之滿足對機床的各項需求。控制系統(tǒng)部分的設計是通過各種輔助電路設計達到對數(shù)控車床的整體控制。此次設計的成果是出一張總體機構(gòu)圖和一張主軸箱部件展開圖及一張橫向進給機構(gòu)部件圖。

ABSTRACT
