摘 要
組合機(jī)床是以系列化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的通用部件為基礎(chǔ)，配以少量專用部件組成的專用機(jī)床。它適宜于在大批、大量生產(chǎn)中對一種或幾種類似零件的一道或幾道工序進(jìn)行加工。組合機(jī)床可以對工件進(jìn)行多面、多主軸加工，一般是半自動的。
本設(shè)計就是組合銑床的設(shè)計。其主要用在生產(chǎn)線上加工汽車的氣缸蓋的兩端面。適合大批量的生產(chǎn)。
本設(shè)計中采用液壓傳動控制,在結(jié)構(gòu)上要巧妙完成動作協(xié)調(diào)。用液壓系統(tǒng)來提供動力,進(jìn)而減少工作量,提高效率,也能減少人員損傷。
